What does pre-order mean?
All of our products are made through a pre-order system. This means we only start production after the order window closes, allowing us to reduce waste and produce pieces exclusively for our community.
How long does pre-order production take?
Production usually takes 4-5 weeks after the pre-order period ends.
Delivery is different from the production time
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags.
