This policy serves as a general template and should be reviewed for compliance with applicable laws before launch.

 

Acceptance

By accessing vincere.gg, creating an account, joining a waitlist or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked on the VINCERE website.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. VINCERE may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, material pricing/technical errors, legal restrictions or inability to supply. If VINCERE cancels an order after payment, the amount paid for the cancelled item/order will be refunded.

Genesis Preorders

  • Genesis is released through a 5-day preorder window.
  • Payment is charged in full at checkout.
  • Change-of-mind cancellation and size-change requests are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Estimated factory production is 4-5 weeks after the preorder closes. Factory closures, including Chinese public-holiday shutdowns, may extend this estimate.
  • Production timing is separate from freight to Melbourne, inbound QC and final customer delivery.
  • VINCERE will provide production/shipping updates where there are meaningful changes.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping, duties and taxes may be additional where applicable. VINCERE may change prices for future orders, but price changes do not alter an already accepted order except where a clear pricing error requires cancellation/refund.

Product Information

VINCERE aims to describe products accurately. Minor differences in colour appearance may occur because of screens, lighting and photography. Production-correction details must not materially change the product represented on the product page.

Shipping

Domestic Australian orders use Australia Post. Enabled international destinations use DHL eCommerce. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country

Returns, Faulty Goods & Australian Consumer Law

VINCERE does not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges unless expressly stated. This does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Promotions & Genesis Extras

Where promoted, Genesis extras are subject to the stated eligibility rules. The first 50 active paid Genesis preorder orders receive the Genesis card. Every Genesis order includes the standard approved thank-you card, sticker and keychain while the Genesis offer applies.

Intellectual Property

VINCERE logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, website content and branding are owned by or licensed to VINCERE and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, VINCERE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that is not caused by VINCERE's breach of an applicable legal obligation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Australian law and, where relevant, the laws of Victoria, Australia.
